Batamid, Batsoft
Batmaid is a home cleaning service that provides professional cleaning solutions for homes and offices. It offers a convenient way to book trusted and vetted cleaners online for regular or one-time cleaning services in various countries.
Batsoft is a platform designed to simplify the management of employer-employee relationships, specifically for those who employ cleaning agents. It allows private employers to handle various administrative tasks such as declaring and insuring employees, creating and modifying work contracts, managing payroll, and overseeing work schedules and absences.
DESCRIPTION OF MY ROLE
As a UX/UI Designer for Batmaid and Batsoft, my primary responsibility is to enhance user experience and design interfaces for both platforms. This involves understanding user needs, designing intuitive interfaces, and ensuring seamless interactions to improve overall user satisfaction and engagement. In terms of UI, it means creating visually appealing and functional interfaces that are consistent with the brand and easy to use.

PROBLEM STATEMENT
The current user interfaces for Batmaid and Batsoft are not user-friendly and lack intuitive navigation, leading to confusion and inefficiency for both clients and cleaning agents. This results in lower user engagement and potential dissatisfaction with the services provided.
PROJECT GOAL
The goal of the project is to redesign the UX/UI for Batmaid and Batsoft platforms to create a more user-friendly, efficient, and engaging experience. This will involve streamlining navigation, improving the visual design, and incorporating user feedback to ensure the platforms meet user needs effectively.

3. INTERVIEW WITH A SUBJECT MATTER EXPERT:

Subject Matter Experts (SMEs):
Interview SMEs, including Batmaid and Batsoft internal stakeholders and cleaning agents, to gather detailed insights about their experiences and expectations.

Feedback Integration:
Use insights from SME interviews to inform design decisions and ensure the redesigned platforms align with user and business requirements.
In terms of UI, my approach includes
Visual Consistency:
Ensuring that all interface elements are consistent with the brand's visual identity, creating a cohesive and professional experience.

Readability and Usability:
Designing interface elements to be easy to understand and use, with appropriate typography, color schemes, and layout.

Interactivity and Responsiveness:
